Allyson works as an Associate Consultant with Focus. This role involves leading national conferences, working with groups of schools and working on bespoke consultancy projects with individual schools. Allyson has over 30 years experience in a range of teaching and leadership roles, senior leadership in schools and as part of Cumbria local authority. She has also been involved in initial and in-service teacher training at a local and national level through the LA, NUT and GTC. Allyson is a qualified Ofsted inspector who undertakes inspection work. She has previously worked as a consultant for Cambridge Education. She is a highly experienced trainer and adviser with particular expertise in Teaching and Learning, pre- and post- Ofsted support, CPD, coaching and mentoring and leadership development.
