PACKAGE A (The One Day Package) Price from £750
This is one of the more popular ways of booking inservice with Focus, particularly if you have never used Focus before. Your Focus consultant will work with your school for 1 full day. This can be with the headteacher, senior managers, individual teachers or a whole school staff. The day can run from 8.00am to 3.00pm or 9.00am to 4.00pm
PACKAGE B (The Three Day Package) Price from £2,175
The three day package is usually run over one academic year, normally one day per term. Your Focus Consultant can work with you or specific staff in your school for 3 full days. These days can run from 8.00am to 3.00pm or 9.00am to 4.00pm When you book this day you will automatically be awarded membership of Focus Partnership Club
PACKAGE C (The Year Package) Price From £4,350
Package C is now our most popular choice for schools nationwide. The six day package is usually run over one academic year, normally two days a term. The Consultant works with your school for 6 full days. These days can run from 8.00am to 3.00pm or 9.00am to 4.00pm When you book this day you will automatically be awarded membership of Focus Partnership Club
PACKAGE D (Governors Support) Price From £350
Your Focus Consultant works with your Governors on a 2 hour workshop. This can be on a range of topics such as: Being up to date with changes to the new inspection process Governors getting their head around assessment and tracking Data Analysis The Role of the Governor This support session can run from 3.00pm to 5.00pm or 4.00pm to 6.00pm
PACKAGE E (Twilight Sessions) Price From £350
Your Focus consultant works with your staff on a twilight session for 2 hours. This can be on range of topics such as: Re-designing the Curriculum Raising Standards by Setting Targets using APP materials These twilights can run from 3.00pm to 5.00pm or 4.00pm to 6.00pm
PACKAGE F (Half Day Sessions) Price From £500
Your Focus consultant works with your staff for four hours during either morning or afternoon. This can be on a range of topics such as: Developing the Role of the Teaching Assistant Raising Boys Achievement Raising Standards in Maths
PACKAGE G (The Mixed Package) Price from £3,225
The mixed package is for those schools that want a follow up session after their inservice day. Your Focus Consultant will work with your school for 3 full days and 3 twilights. The days can run from 9.00am to 4.00pm The twilights can run from 3.00pm to 5.00pm or 4.00pm to 6.00pm Normally one day followed by one twilight every term. This twilight could be used to follow up on the intital inservice day approximately 4-6 weeks after or used as a stand-alone inservice session. When you book this day you will automatically be awarded membership of Focus Partnership Club
For Packages B, C and G, the same consultant will normally work with your school over the year. This will enable your school to build up a strong relationship with him/her. We will match your link consultants’ background to your schools specific needs. However, if you require the consultant to be swapped on one occasion for someone with more expertise in a particular area this can be done with ease.

6 day package in Leeds School: 2 days training with Whole School 2 days with Leadership Team 1 day training with Governors 1 day spent testing out impact of whole school training with leadership team
6 day package in Newcastle School: 2 days working with leadership team defining accurate areas for improvement (including lesson observation, work scrutiny, pupil discussion and data analysis 2 days following up training with staff targeting issues identified from above 1 day working with leadership team and governors challenging self evaluation and confirming accurate responses 1 day testing out revised view of self evaluation
3 day package in Warwickshire 1 day spent working with leadership team on self evaluation 2 days spent working with leadership team testing out self evaluation through direct monitoring
3 day package in London School 1 day spent supporting subject leaders 1 day following a whole school issue, e.g. why do more able children seem to lose value added in mathematics in KS2 1 day working with the literacy leader – conducting discussions and scrutinising children’s work
