Scope
Consultancy refers to any arrangement where a client books the services of a Focus consultant to deliver or provide input.

Cancellation by the client
Cancellations should be advised in writing to Focus Education. Should any consultancy be cancelled the following scale will be applied:
Consultancy fee
• Cancellation received by Focus Education between 5 and 20 working days before the scheduled event will be charged 50% of the agreed consultancy fee (as outlined on the contract).
• Cancellation received by Focus Education up to five working days before the scheduled event will be charged 100% of the agreed consultancy fee (as outlined in the contract).
Non-refundable costs
• The client will be liable to meet any non-refundable costs associated with the consultancy which cannot be cancelled regardless of when Focus Education is notified of the cancellation.

Whilst we understand that from time to time, clients may wish to cancel at short notice, the above criteria will apply.

Cancellation by Focus Education
Focus Education reserve the right to withdraw a consultant if it is believed there is any reputational risk to the company. On the rare occurrence of illness or adverse weather conditions, Focus Education will not be liable for any charges incurred to the client.  Focus Education does not accept liability for any failure to provide the services contracted, which is due to circumstances beyond the control of the company.

Numbers attending an event
Where numbers attending an event are needed in order to ascertain a final charge for consultancy, Focus should be notified of the final numbers attending the event - not less than 48 hours prior to the day. The quoted fee is dependent upon the information supplied to Focus Education at the time of booking. The client is liable for any additional charges if the actual head-count exceeds the number stated.

Impressed with our Curriculum

Just wanted to let you know that our OFSTED went well, all teaching good or outstanding and good for all areas. The Lead Inspector was impressed with our curriculum and recognised many of the Focus docs that we use. We need to raise the number of level 5s in writing in order to get outstanding. She said we will do this if we continue to work with you and your team !!!
Thanks for all of your support and encouragement-your visit gave us all so much more confidence and self-belief!!
