Returns

Unsuitable items need to be returned within 21 days of the date of purchase and the original proof of purchase must be included (i.e. delivery note or invoice). We will then refund goods in the form of a credit note, however the original postage costs will not be refunded.
Please Note: Items sold with a cd rom, or orders of cd roms can not be returned.
Please contact the despatch department on 01457 872427 before returning your item to Focus.

Exchanges

The process for an exchange is the same as a refund. Please contact the despatch department on 01457 872427 and they will arrange to send out the replacement item once the original item is received.

Terms and conditions

Make sure that products returned are in perfect condition and have all original packaging. It is important to note that when mailing your return we recommend using a delivery service that offers some kind of insurance as we will not be held responsible for any damage in transit.

We will cover the costs of returning faulty items only once we have fully inspected them for defects, however items which have been damaged due to negligence will not be refunded.
Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.

Focus do not send out goods on approval, however, customers can be sent the publications by pdf (Adobe Acrobat Reader Document) to view on screen. These documents are secure and cannot be printed but will allow the customer to make an decision as to whether to purchase the product. Please contact customers services on 01457 872427 to request pdf’s of any of the focus publications.
