Focus should be notified, not less than 48 hours prior to the day, the final numbers attending the function. The fee you have been quoted is dependent upon the information you supplied us with at the time of booking.

Please Note: that you are liable for any additional charges if the numbers increase on the day from that stated 48 hours prior to the booking.

Cancellations must be sent in writing as soon as applicant is aware that the day is unviable. If we receive your cancellation 20 working days or less before the course date, you will be charged a retainer fee of 50%. You will be liable for any additional non-refundable costs incurred by Focus Education as a result of your cancellation, regardless of when Focus is notified. This includes non-refundable transportation costs and deposits paid to venues on your behalf etc.

Focus Education reserves the right to withdraw a consultant if we feel there is a risk to the reputation of Focus. Furthermore, please note that in the rare occurance if illness or adverse weather conditions, Focus Education will not be liable for any charges incurred to the client.
