Business Support Executive (Part Time)
We are currently recruiting for someone who is organised and enthusiastic to work in our friendly and established company.
This role involves printing and making publications and training booklets.
You will also organise, coordinate and pack all customer orders, sales stock and company post leaving the building. This will include dealing with returns and exchanges and tracking orders.
You will prepare mailshots for advertising. There will also be some heavy lifting involved as some deliveries and collections are necessary.
A professional and friendly telephone manner is essential as you will deal with customer queries and answer the telephone as well as update and maintain customer records.
Where necessary, we may require you to cover other roles in the business.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm
No experience is necessary as full training will be given.
