Focus Staff will return to the office on 29th June. The office will be open 8:30 to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Following the government announcement to close schools from Friday 20th March, we made the decision to postpone all scheduled events for the rest of the spring term and the summer term. We want to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Courses
Our staff have contacted schools and teachers, either via telephone or email to inform them of this with details of rescheduled dates. These have been moved to September/October, however, we may have to move these again. We will continue to keep in touch with all delegates and keep them informed. We are also looking at offering an online alternative for those keen to take part in the course asap.

Inservice / Inset
Some Inservice is still taking place. We now have consultants who are going in to school to work with staff (if requested) and they are complying with all social distancing measures and our risk assessment. We have adapted our working practices to be able to fulfil our obligation to you. Some heads are planning to work / or have been working with a consultant via skype or zoom and this is working well. However, please contact us if you prefer to reschedule your date. We understand this is not ideal for everyone.

Publications Orders
We have spoken to our fulfilment partners and we are following best practice guidelines. This includes delivery drivers taking the necessary precautions and the option to leave tracked parcels unsigned for without having to touch the signature pad. There may be delays on orders more than usual.
From 29th June, Focus staff return to work and will be despatching orders daily. However, due to the postal services, there may still be delays on deliveries and we can only apologise for this. Most of our publications are available as an e-book and these are being sent the same working day.
