This simple template is designed to help early years leaders evidence term by term progress in the early years.
Showing this progress is more complex than in the rest of the primary school due to having more areas.
These templates allows leaders to evidence where children enter (in terms of Development Matters Stages) and then show the incremental changes on a term by term basis throughout the year.
Also helpful for Y1 teachers to see the outcomes for children they will teach the following year.
