The teacher animatedly reads a sentence at a time, and then the children read together in response. The aim is to ensure they employ great intonation and expression in their reading.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe aim for Key Stage 2 children is to create a choral reading opportunity, with the teacher deciding how much of the reading to cover before stopping and adding explanations.
