Product DescriptionThis midi clip has been designed to provide Governors with the key information about the Education Inspection Framework 2019 and the role they play within either a Section 5 or a Section 8 inspection. The training includes an overview of the 3Is and the other areas of the framework; the research behind the current focus on reading and vocabulary; and how Governance sits withing the grade descriptors for Good and Outstanding leadership. The course material also includes a set of audit questions, based on the EIF, for Governors and SLT. This has already been used by a number of schools to ensure a consistent understanding of the strengths and areas for development within a setting. This is a really useful training resource for experienced Governors in schools that have not been inspected since 2019 and for those Governors new to the role.
