This video training provides DT subject leaders and senior leaders with background information on the deep dive process, as well as ideas and tools for using in school to audit and evaluate DT against the three Is - intent, implementation and impact.

DT can be underdeveloped in primary schools. It is often aligned with art and not always given due prominence in the curriculum. As such, this course can be really useful for subject leaders to ensure they can raise the profile of DT, monitor and evaluate current practice and develop an action plan for further development.

• Looks at the priorities and processes of a deep dive into DT;
• Considers the quality of the intent, implementation and impact of a school’s DT curriculum;
• Helps leaders reflect on the evidence they could provide to support the deep dive process;
• Enables you to audit the quality of the provision in all aspects of DT.
