This audit has been designed to assist primary school governors in offering challenge and support to school leaders in the light of the Education Inspection Framework. The document provides a list of questions and prompts to enable governors to consider the three separate strands of curriculum intent, implementation and impact. Over time, these questions will enable governors to offer challenge to school leaders as different aspects become relevant to governors' meeting agendas or relevant to governors' specific roles that apply to the curriculum. This is a really useful document for governors and school leaders, especially if a school is likely to be inspected.
