- Quality of education, e.g. PSHE curriculum – the three Is
- Behaviour and attitudes, e.g. tolerance, bullying, discrimination
- Personal development, e.g. aspects of SMSC/British values, character development, equality/diversity
- Leadership and management, e.g. statutory requirements around RE/RHE/RSE; safeguarding.
