Alison Drayton

Trainer & Associate Consultant

Alison is a former school leader of 27 years and a professional ILM7 coach with eight years experience of 1:1 and team coaching in schools . Her coaching expertise developed from establishing a coaching culture in her school . She has led management workshops and team building activities. Her work is focused on supporting authentic leadership where actions and culture are derived from an understanding of values and purpose.

Alison has a reputation for unlocking confidence and potential in others to enable them to flourish in their career.

“The mind that holds the problem, holds the solution.”

She follows Nancy Kline principles : the quality of everything we do as a leader depends on the quality of the thinking we do first. She knows a leadership role is often reactive rather than proactive and that it is hard to set aside time to think and process.

If you appoint a coach , you start the journey of securing that all important reflection time. She offers an initial free chemistry call.

What have you got to lose except releasing untapped potential?
