Leadership Development
We recognise that while schools and academies invest heavily in training and development linked to subject knowledge and professional skills, the success of any organisation is related to the quality of its people. At Focus Education, we know how important it is for people to be developed and challenged to deliver their best - we are committed to it with our own team.
Part of our core offer involves working with groups, teams and individuals on leadership and personal development. This can be about a specific issue (e.g., a change process, conflict, communication, etc.) or a process of investment in the person/ people. Our consultants have strong track records in school leadership, so we can always contextualise work for colleagues in school.
Tailored to your needs, our packages can be a one-off event or a series of sessions. We have clear expectations about contracting to ensure an open dialogue with the client and expect this to be shared with participants before the session to ensure a truly transparent approach.
