Kyrstie Stubbs

Kyrstie has worked in education for over 25 years most recently as Deputy CEO responsible for school improvement and leadership development.

Her roles have included headships of schools in challenging contexts as well as supporting local authorities with school improvement. She has also worked as interim head in a number of schools to support them out of special measures and is a serving OFSTED inspector.

She is passionate about the power of coaching and has been a strong advocate for equity in education and holds qualifications in supervision, coaching and a masters in E-learning.
She has been an advisor on the Inclusion board for Leeds Beckett, a visiting lecturer for Edgehill and is currently a Trustee of a large MAT.

She offers bespoke leadership support and development programmes as well as training around the following areas:

•    Closing the disadvantaged gap
•    Curriculum development
•    Diversity and equity
•    Life skills development
•    Developing adaptive teaching
