Description
This video training is designed for leaders in schools likely to have an ungraded (Section 8) inspection.
With Ofsted no longer carrying out deep dives on these inspections, the video will bring school leaders up to date with the latest messages from Ofsted and explain what a typical inspection will now involve. This will enable school leaders to ensure they are well prepared for the process and able to show the work of the school in the best possible light.
The video will cover implications for self-evaluation, key information to consider, how other members of SLT can be prepared for their involvement in the inspection process and the key messages from training for inspectors.
