Lea Hannam

Lea Hannam delivers training and support to schools as a consultant, working closely with leadership teams and teachers to raise the quality of their practice. She advises schools on self-evaluation, school improvement planning and the quality of education. She carries out performance management of headteachers.
Lea also works in inspection and leads inspections of primary schools. Lea has worked for Focus Education for many years, editing and advising on our publications. Lea has a background as a successful primary school teacher and leader in inner city London, with her last school being graded as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. Her particular areas of expertise including mathematics, phonics, behaviour and safeguarding.
