Emma Williams
Profile
Emma has over 20 years teaching experience in mainstream primary education. She has worked as an assistant head for the last five years, with responsibility for KS2.
She is the maths lead over two schools and is passionate about developing strong and creative maths teaching and learning, both in her own and in other schools she works with as part of her role as a Maths SLE.
She is an Accredited NCETM Professional Development Lead, and has delivered trust wide maths training as part of the Focus Trust. She has also delivered extensive training in Coppice and Roundthorn Academies, with a focus on the innovative use of concretes to help children understand abstract mathematical concepts.
