Keith has been in Primary Education for over 40 years working as a head teacher in three schools, and a Local Authority officer, before joining Focus Education as a consultant. During his headships, he worked as an associate headteacher to two schools in vulnerable and challenging circumstances, established head teacher mentoring schemes and led national improvement programmes across the Local Authority.
